if you had the choice to go back to the moment you were born, and relive your entire life, and you get to keep all the knowledge you currently have, would you do it?

not to bring this question too deep but, if you think about it....starting your life over with the knowledge you have now might make you end up in a completely different place than you are now....you might not ever get to meet some of your best friends..man....im takin this wayy too far...

i dont think i would...im curious to know where im goin from here...but when im about to die...yeah id prolly do it then

No, I like my life as it is. And i'm glad that I went through some of the hard shit that I have (cancer for example). It made me into an intelligent, strong young women who has her priorities right.

I like myself, flaws and all.

I like the responses here, and I expected about as much, yet my answer remains the same:

I would. However, I would make the same mistakes, and replicate my life exactly to this point. The only difference? I would have quite an extensive plethora of knowledge and wisdom, having twice the amount of experience and learning in the same amount of time.

good question...prob not

i am one of those people who truly had to learn on their own, the hard way..used to take things to the extreme.

drinking and driving for one of many examples. i now feel very lucky that i didnt kill anyone or myself. had quite a few friends die in H.S. including my sisters fiance; sadly it didnt faze me one bit.

sometimes it takes more than 'knowledge' to change you. i cant even call it wisdom bc i dont consider myself 'wise.' some things you just need to live through or die trying...

rebgirl>>thats a trip man you seem like a pretty healthy and youthful individual.

If you get to keep the knowlege, they must have a record of your previous existence. For example, if I know that I hold the World shot-put record, I get to live my life, again, knowing that. I'd also astound doctors when I come out of the womb.

Your life is on this plane. If we transcend Earth, and go to Jupiter, we will have no need for the knowledge we've gained here. No?

So, yes, I would re-live life. Or, no. I wouldn't. I don't know.

Somehow I think it'd probably turn out to be a nightmare scenario from the world of the Twilight Zone, however I reckon I'd probably jump at the chance. I'd make sure I smoked an astronomically sized bowl before I went back though.
