Yeah right now theres an ice storm going on, however there will be snow tommorow! I really hope we have a white x-mas this year. It just doesn't feel like x-mas if theres no snow on the ground.

hmm.. i've never experienced a white christmas unfortunately.
i live in south florida.. it hardly is even cold on christmas. Personally, i prefer the warmth, since being raised here i cant stand temperatures below 60 degrees, but still, it must be nice to actually have a snowy christmas like they do in the movies.

We dont usually get any snow in the UK untill january/feuary. Even then it's only abit, and only lasts a couple of days. Last year we got 2 days of snow in feb and that was it. Tbh i dont like it.

Very rarely do we get heavy snow in UK but usually 3-4cm is enough to grind the country to a halt. It's pathetic really.

Yep, I'm in the snow storm boat.
Here we're supposed to get 35cm today, and overnight tonight another 10-15...soo 50 cm in total, if they're correct: which i'm hoping they aren't.
Gotta love Canada.

I liked snow until I turned 12.
Ever since then I've had a dream of taking a flame thrower and you know the rest.

When I was a kid, to earn money, we went out and shoveled snow for homes and stores. The fat, soft, spoiled kids of today won't do this. It has been said that the younger generation is going to have a shorter life span due to obesity, laziness and inactivity. Their parents are not doing them any favors by indulging them in everthing they want, driving them everywhere, and generally treating them like they're too good to go out and earn a buck by exerting themselves physically - i.e. WORKING.

Wow so not alot of you got the storm. Great for being canadian eh? Freshnugs and pie man :)
It still hasnt stopped. Snow was so supposed to fall at rate of about 2-4cm (yes metric system :p) per hour. So if you do the math. thats alot of snow! for a whole day.

I was shoveling all morning. It's supposed to freeze over tonight. Tomorrow morning will be unpleasant.
