well if your paying 60$ for an eigth i'm assuming, so it should be dank as hell, covered in crystals and just should glistin in the light, be in nug form not bricked at all, should smell like and be very fluffy, also should be slightly sticky.

A "cut" you are asking? The only thing I can think of, is when a friend or someone you know, gets the cannabis for you, and takes their "cut" of the buds for getting it for you. That simply means they expect some money or cannabis from you, for them getting the buds for you.
It is commonly used in drug slang when dealers or buyers, get a cut of the profits from a sale or buy.
A dimebag, yes, usually refers to the dollar amounts of cannabis, $10 worth.
For $60, you should get an 1/8 as I'm assuming you live in the States...? That is a common price for 1/8's down there (3.5grams).
You confuse me though. Your username, questions, and your ending sentence sound like bacon, but would I care...
Have a nice day officer. ;)

you're pretty retarded if you've bought loads of weed and you don't know what a dimebag is.... i agree that it's pretty suspicious.
