Are you counting the rest that is outside the bag? Nonetheless, it looks close. Not something that I would want to by of 7 grams.

That actually look's like a quarter to me, What did u pay for it? I see a couple of nug's in there 1 on the right side, and then on the left side of the bag. Or am I just to high right now...but I'd get a scale.

well Ive seen a 1/4 of strawberry cough fill up a sandwich bag, and Ive also seen an ounce and a half of some DENSE nugs fill up a bag of the same size. If the bag has some actual buds and isnt completely shake, that could easily be a full quarter.
