Ok, suggest some good books for a fan of Survivorman, Man vs. Wild, etc. What I mean is bushcraft/survival type stories.

I don't really like stuff in the first person like a documentary, I prefer a nice story that I can really get in to. :D

Hatchet, Into the Wild - Not so much Bush/surival, good read anyways, Call of the Wild, White Fang, and my all-time favorite book, A walk in the Woods by Bill Bryson.

you should read life of pi by yann martel. Its an incredible book that won many awards. Its about the son of a zoologist who gets stuck on a lifeboat after the ship, carrying all the animals that they were transferring to a new zoo, sinks. The kid gets stuck on the raft with a orangutan, hyena and bengal tiger. Its all about how or if he survives on the lifeboat. Its extremely detailed in the ways of survival if lost at sea, and its seems right up your alley. its a beautiful story
