The problem is you're not patient enough, lol. It looks like you're using CFLs, so it could be that, or it could be the actual strain. Just give them a some time because they do look healthy at least, and see what happens.

thx for the answers!!! here we go..

3600lumens focused CFL 4000k lighting (it sucks i know)

50% organic and 50% "ready soil" (ph 5-8.5)

i really dont know if i am doing well with the water, i readed the faqs and if the top surface of the soil is very dry, i put half tea cup of water (boiled and non-chlorine water)

How can i know what type of seed it is? a friend just gave it to me and i germinated it, dont know what it is, how about is genetic problem?, how about lighting to close? (3cm distance from plant)

it is just one plant and i really dont want to mess it up lol....

You aren't going to be able to tell what strain it is until its buds take shape, if at all. If it's a well-recognized strain, then it'll show the characteristics of that strain. But if it's just bagseed, then it'll basically just show the typical characteristics of cannabis.

As for genetics, that plant looks healthy to me. If you want it to grow bigger, faster...then you're going to need to invest in some better lighting and adequate ventilation. MH for veg, HPS for flowering would be optimal...and would get you better yields for your time & space. If you can only afford the lighting that you have, you're just going to have to be patient...like CCP suggested.

Half a tea cup of water doesn't sound like enough. The top of your soil looks VERY dry.

Looks like he did not add any Perlite, of vermiculite to help with drainage either.

Why do you think there is something wrong?

A soil moisture tester should help.

Many different plants have immature leaves, they change as the plant matures. Shapes of immature leaves sometimes vaguely resemble the mature leaf.
