Who else REALLY likes snooker?

I've been a big fan for years, my whole family are. Snooker is a big game around my manor, alot of the blokes play. I've been playing since i was 10, i've had my fair share of 147's - i got really good at one point and could clear the table in 20 mins - but then for some reason i just kinda drifted away from it. Anyway, me and me mate rejoined our local snooker club, had a couple of games [i won both, after about an hour on each lol!!] but it all came back. Obviously im not as good as i was, but now im a member again i'll be playing alot more. I also know the rocket personally [he's a good mate, has been for YEARS - his dad chaced my cuz darren up the road once with a baseball bat coz my cuz put a snooker ball through his window, by accident. Before anyone asks, yes, i've played ronnie [nope, i didnt win haha!] on a table that was used in the world championship by Ronnie himself and davies.

Anyway, the UK championship is on now, Ronnie is doing good. Infact, he's on bloody good form.

i'm backing him, obviously, but selby is playing nicely too. At the moment selby is 5-4 [frames] to Fu.

anyway, yeah - I LOVE SNOOKER - who else does?

Im kind of thinking it's going to be mainly the english who are into it - the yanks are more into pool i think [an easy game for drunkards haha!]

I'm also into rugby and boxing [bare knuckle, much safer than gloves]

It's the same concept - pot the balls, but it's a MUCH bigger table [12foot by 6foot] and it's alot harder - like i said, pool is an easy game, and coz it's so easy it's not really that enjoyable - and because it's easy drunks like playing it in pubs.

Snookers a much better game! :D
