I planted the seed 2 days ago and how long approx till ill see some little sprout or something?

depends on the strain, some pop as early as 48 hours, some can take a week or so...

no it already popped and there's a root sticking out and i planted it from there but how long will it take till i see a stem?

Depends on strain, and how deep you planted it, and how warm and damp it is. Just don't go digging, looking to see what's up, lol.
Shouldn't be more than a couple or few days more.

Patience is almost always appropriate, lol.

its been oh lets see.... since sunday 1 week exactly and i dont see even a little stem sticking out :S

yeah and ive just noticed something in the past 2 days theres like little worms not even worms there maybe 2mm long there white and theres a whole load of them. Maybe they were in the soil
is this bad?

Was it used soil? You need to use fresh soil ESPECIALLY for seedlings. Baking it in the oven in a lasagne pan for about an hour at 400'F should kill pests in the future if you have to use questionable dirt.
