View Full Version : yellowing bottom leaves

:confused: I am just new to growing and would appreciate some help.i have got a 15 day old plant it looks fine at the top but the bottom leaves are turning yellow.it started at the first node and now it is up to the third node.i put some nutrients in it but i am not sure if i gave the plant enough.i can make up the nutrients no problem but when made up how much of this mixture do i put into the plant?

do you have a PH meter?it could be from overwatering? how often do you water it? you should get it to where the soil is dry and kind of moist at the bottom so the roots get longer reaching downward to find water. makes strong roots.

yes mate got a ph meter water is 6.3 but i maybe have over watered have not fed yet either

yes definately you want to start adding nutrients to you plant and at the same time not overwater, it is a science that you will find yourself and get used to it. as for the ph level, people have different views of what it should be. i would personally try to get your pH level more in the range of 5.5-6.0 levels as these plants like it a bit for acidic. take care, have fun, and enjoy!!
