that 'deformity' is usually caused by a bit of hassle getting out of it's shell ... if it doesn't hurt the seedling, it is usually a good thing, as the difficulty strengthens the seedling ... TIP: don't use Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil with seedlings next time, it is too 'hot' ... don't panic, nothing you can do about it now, anyway, and it may be OK ... some strains tolerate that rich soil, better than others ... don't overwater, and do NOT fertilize for at least, 2 weeks ... lots of folks will now tell you that FFOF soil is not too hot .. they are wrong, it's just that some strains will tolerate it ... it's OK for plants past the seedling stage, but I think that soil is highly over-rated and over-priced, I quit using it a long time ago ... the un-opened seed MAY be opened with a pair of toothpicks and a steady, gentle hand ... risky, but you may lose the plant if it doesn't open, anyway ... good luck

Those look like they will be fine. The pair of roundish leaves that don't look like pot are called cotyledons, and they develop inside the seed and contain the very basic things that the tiny plant needs- chlorophyll to start photosynthesis and feed for the growing plant. The next pair of leaves will look 'normal' but only have one blade. Then you'll get sets of 3, then 5, until the plant hits its maximum genetically-programmed # of leaves.
If you see even the slightest hint of yellowing on the second set of leaves, flsuh the soil well because that indicates too much fertilizer for young plants.

i'd get them out of that soil. seedlings need "no" nutes for a couple weeks.
