Resin Question

Today i boiled my pipe and got about a half chunk of resin (.5) :thumbsup: my question is whenever i smoke it, it crackles alot , is this due to the fact that there is still a bit of moisture in the resin, i didnt dry it completly....hate havin no bud on those od days :mad:

no matter what you do it will crackle... it's excessively crackling because it's still wet, but you can't do anything about that either...

resin is mostly a tar substance(as with most anything else there are degrees of purity... the more pure, the more liquidy it will be...), therefore at heat it will liquify, and ofcourse with direct flame on it, it will boil/crackle/sizzle.. nothing to worry about...

Don't smoke your resin. Wash it down a freaking sink when you shake with alcohol and salt and enjoy a clean pipe. If you don't have herb, or cannot afford herb, then enjoy the huge benefits of having a tremendously reduced tolerance when you do have grass. You're putting some godawful tar into your lungs, and it's really just not worth it. If you must smoke it, at least make an effort to always do it with water filtration.

Yeah resin isnt good i used to smoke it a fair bit.

I hardly ever smoke it now i usually just give it to my friend (he cleans it out for me).

I want weed now and its sucks that i dont have it but when i do i will be off my nut with a couple of cones.

I only smoke resin in a bong with more water than usual to filter out the tar...

You can just collect all the resin and then when you do get weed, just pack the bowl with weed and then sprinkle or put some chunks of resin on top of the bowl, should be nice. Enjoy!

no. Hash is the trichomes pressed into a ball. Resin is the shit that is left behind when u burn plant material in your bowl. But its not really that bad despite being bad for you. I'll smoke it when im in a pinch and im dry. Matter of fact, I just got done smoking some.
