What types of water can i use? like can i water my plants with a bottle of Aquafina? or do they need to be distillled all the time or is tap water ok? and does anyone have a guide to how many times a week or day or how many days between watering?

Floride Ions: 0.3 p.p.m.

Tap water is generally just fine, as long as it's coming from a clean source and the pH isn't too high or low. I only use distilled water for final flushing, and germinating seeds.

As for watering your plants, there is no specific guidelines for this. If you're using soil, water when the need arises. Water too much, and you're just asking for trouble. Same goes for not watering enough.

i am using aquafina right now too cause i dont have a ph tester. and i just found out that aquafina has a ph of 6.56 through a google search. is that too high? oh and good question goatz
