Are these quality bulbs?

Sorry I am not trying to run away here, but im gonna ask a Q here.

I have these 2 bulbs and i was wondering if nebody knows if they r "quality"?

1. 400w MH conv. by a brand called "Grow Power". It says "Super Horicultural Lamp" on the box.

2. 400w HPS by "GrowBright". It says "LU400/HORT" on the side.

If it has a ANSI rating on the package, it's a quality bulb.

The ANSI rating for 400 watt bulbs is S51.

im sure that theres those grow power conversions on ebay....

the best bet would be to google it. if you find a legitimate company site, or stores selling it, its at least a recognised brand.

DutchPimp, they both say for S51 ballasts, i didnt see anthing saying ANSI on it tho

From my experience, GrowBright is crap. I've been told such by others and the 600w HPS bulb my friend ran blew within a month of use.
