I find it usually wakes me up at first. Works better than caffeine for me, but I find I just get sleepy after it starts wearing off. It's good because I'm fast asleep before I get the munchies :D

It all depends if I can get out of bed or not....some mornings I plan on doing a wake and bake, but I can't get myself out of bed. I sleep like a rock.
