I am really getting sick of spending $40-$60 a night on less than great bud and i am looking to take it to the next level and trying to grow my own stuff. the problem is that i am in college and live in a dorm. In all honesty, does anyone think it is even a possibility to grow in the dorm? I am most concerned with the smell, being able to hide the physical plant is not a problem with the way our dorm rooms are set up. I have never grown before so I am uncertain of how much it will smell.

I was looking into buying some lowryder seeds online and giving that a shot. So my question to all of you is whether or not you think its possible to grow with little or no odor. Im really just worried about the flowering stage because from what I've read thats the time when it will smell the strongest.

Any advice/suggestions?

Look for a thread called 'college growin'. There's a long discussion of the risks.
I don't think it's even close to worth the risk. Your rights as a student in a dorm are very different from those of a tenant in a leased space.

I agree. Wait until you at least have an apartment.

Stinkys got it right, look at that thread, it wasn't that long ago someone else posted the exact same question. Being expelled from school would be your outcome. Not worth it.

i wouldn't chance growing weed in my dorm. if you got caught you would be shit out of luck.

do you have any buddies who have their own place? mention something about it, maybe off to give them some of they payout for being a place to do it. you'll want to make sure its not a high traffic residence and they'll be people you'll want to trust

id suggest that if you want bud for college, grow it in mass quantities through the summer so you can supply yourself and buddies all year. (too late now, unfortunately)
