How close am I??? :-)

Hya, ppls, just a lil advice needed as to when to crop. This is my first ever plant that started out as a (let's just see if I can) lonely bagseed.

I've had it in my converted wardrobe (does a girl need clothes anyway, I gonna have lottsa lovely weed to smoke!) under 4 X 100w cfl's, it will be 7 weeks into flower tomorrow (weds 6/12).

I've enclosed a couple of pics and as you can see from the first (half way down planty plant) it kinda looks ready, but the 2nd pic (of the top bud) looks nowhere near. Any advice on whether I should have a lil more patience or be happily snipping away at my much much loved planty plant would be much appreciated.

I'm just on my first grow as well mine int going as good as urs though. hey ur cfls are tthose actual watts or are those really 100w and how much did u pick em up for great grow by the way!

Thankyou :) I am really proud, twas totally experimental and really didn't think it was gonna work. My yield is gonna be pretty crap, < 1/2 oz dry I reckon but I'm well chuffed anyway.

My cfl's are 100w equivalent, think they actually run at 12w each. 3 of them are just normal loop cfl's that I paid about £1 each for and one of them is a cool white cfl, really splashed out there and spent £4 hehe. Can you post some pics of yours pls so I can have a nose? :smokin:

He said 7 weeks of flower tomorrow. I'd give it another week or two. Maybe a staggered harvest so you can get a feel for what kind of trich ratio you like.

Do you have a magnifying glass to check the trichomes with? They sell them for cheap at Radioshack.

u have more then a week or 2... ur trics still look clear get a magnifying and look at ur buds(clear=not ready cloudy=almost) (milky white all over u can harvest)(ideal is half milky and have amber trichs)(the amber is the deterioration of the THC to much of that is bad) ... also u can tell u have alot more time is ur plant will have orange hairs (not all have orange hairs but urs will) ur hairs are still white some have turned orange u wont be close to being done till those are mostly orange...
but its looking really good u will have much bigger buds
