I have a drug test tomorrow and have been clean for about a week now. I have only smoked a little bit since the first of the month. I need this job badly for me and my kids. I have Q Carbo to take the day of the test and I am drinking a lot of fluids. I also have lost about 35lbs in the last few months. What do you think my chances are?

You make sure your husband pays child support. There are alot of companies that will ensure that he does for anywhere between 10 and 25 percent of the child support you're getting depending on his income. Just keep in mind 75% of the child support is tons better then 0% of it.

I would hop on down to my local CVS or Walgreens, buy a THC home drug test (you'll probably pay between $12 and $15), and I'd take it just before I would need to leave for the actual drug test. If you fail the home drug test, probably best to stay home.
