So, yesterday I was at the beach and hiked/walked up through Sunset Cliffs as far as we could go..swimming, rock climbing, wading, traversing..I did all of this with bare feet..right now, my feet are a little raw..this was about 6 hours worth of hiking with no shoes..the one thing I like about walking around barefoot is the sensations you get from the earth beneath you..I get more connected to the earth..
Once, I ran 13 miles barefoot in what was called the "Bulldog death run"..I figured if I ran it barefoot, it would make me that much harder..which it did..but I can remember how bad my feet hurt..the bottoms were like hamburger:jointsmile:
