You guys prefer your J's handrolled or rolled using a cigarette roller?
I can't hand-roll for my life so I use this cigarette roller my bro tossed me. I personally don't see any difference. I think that the papers make a bigger difference in a good joint than whether they are hand-rolled or not. The skill of the roller is also more of an issue. All in all, I see or care little and im just interested in the input of you guys because I have heard people bitch about it.
Hand rolled all the way. Joints are all i smoke, apart from the occasional blunt/bong hit.
Hand rolled are MUCH better, every time!

agreed, that's one of the things that's so great about j's, the accomplishment- and you can do 'em how you like, fat or thin or whatever.:rasta:
but man, only j's? I love me a good joint, and they're convenient, but nothing beats taking a big, smooth hit off a nice bong! but that's just my preference, hand rolled j's still rule!:rastasmoke:
I find pipes/bongs are over so fast it's just not enjoyable.
A joint lasts long, is relaxing and if rolled properly, doesnt go out/need re packing.
Also, it's alot easier to smoke joints while im driving and working.

Do you prefer hand-rolled jays or jays rolled using a cigarette roller?
I personally don't see much of a difference between the two. I feel the papers and skill level of the individual make more of a difference.
P.S. - Purchase a Chromium Crusher with 4 compartments?

I've only ever smoked joints rolled by my own two hands or someone elses.. so I wouldn't know the difference but I'm pretty sure hand rolled would be better imo.

Self rolled are the best. I'm following LIP on this. A joint is nice than a bong or pipe. More relaxed to me.

i like them but erb is too hard to come by to roll jays... all that smoke going up in the air while you are holding it or after a hit or passing it..... could be in yo lungs!
yea hand rolled.... a work of art. it especially makes the experience better if you suck at rolling (me) and have to put in a lot of time and effort..

i fuckin hate joint rollers. my one friend always insists on using his and the joints are always shitty. sure they look perfect but hand rolled always burns better for me.
The art of rolling a joint is getting the tightness of it just right. You want it to be tight enough that it burns REALLY slow, without going out, but you dont want it too tight, otherwise you can hit it.
The idea is, when your not toking the joint, there should be almost NO smoke comming from the lit end at all. It'll still be embering, just about, so when you toke it lights itself back up again.
That way you get a joint that lasts for over half hour and doesnt waste smoke.
If i smoke a joint in my house, i expect it to last for about 45 minutes - and it does. When im at work or driving it obviously doesnt last that long because im smoking it quicker.
It's like tasting wine/cigar smoking. It's all about taking your time, relaxing, and enjoying it ALL!
