beginner questions

Greetings I am beginner grower i made my grow box from how to rubbermaid from bodom(good looks) and i germinized my seeds via sticcy and everyone elses posts(big ups) now i am ready to trans plant in dixie cup but i want to know..whats the best soil mixture/compound..also i got a blacc seed n a olive greenish with blacc spots seed what strain is it?( i kno my last question should be posted in strains n seeds but shit im tryn to get everything out now)

You cant tell strain from looking at the seeds,and I have`nt got a clue about rubbermaid.

black golds good soil, but maby not the best (not sure i dont grow wit soil)

my friends say fox farm ocean forest is the shit, so thats what im using. my friends grow for the caregivers too. but its my first grow so i cant tell you any results. but it has a lot of stuff you need in the soil like guano, worm castings, and other good stuff. it has perlite in it but your going to want to add lots more.
