Mayweather - Hatton ages 30 and 28 respectively nothing significant there. Size Mayweather is the larger man with a five inch reach advantage which is a very significant factor. Experience and level of competing faced: Mayweather has fought and beaten many world class fighters. Hatton has only fought and beaten one aged world class fighter two years ago who has since retired. Mayweather has the speed advantage and skill level advantage. As for recent history, Mayweather has fought at 147+ four times the last two years and did very well. Hatton has only once at this weight did not do that great although he won the fight.

Mayweathers strategy is simple use his superior speed, skill and five inch reach advantage to hit and avoid getting hit. He probably wins nine or more rounds. Hatton is a mauler type fighter his strategy has to be do a lot of clinching and try to get in some accidental head butts. Brawler vs Finesse.

The reason i don't like the fight is because Mayweather is not giving the fight his complete attention he is engaged in also preparing and training for a appearance on Dancing with the Stars TV program.

I got my money on Mayweather at about 4/1.

Hatton is going to win IMO.
With him and Joe Calzaghe Britain has two world class fighters to take on the world.
