Sometime in early September I joined this website. I was in dire need of help, and I posted a thread about my sick looking plant. You can check this thread here, and view how small and crappy my poor female looked like back then Thread (http://boards.cannabis.com/plant-problems/133217-normal.html). Well its practically December now, and lets see how its grown since then. I'm telling you guys its massive now!

You should get a HPS lamp....its night and day. Its the best buck for buck investment you can make.

Good Job...
-but-
Loks like a fan would be a good idea, too. Will help make the stems stronger and more able to support the weight of the buds, when they bulk-up. It might make your tin-foil a bit noisy, tho. (I'd rather have just the plain wall than to cover it with tin foil, just because foil and Mylar get's all messed-up when you foliar spray.) A good coat of waterproof flat-white paint, you'd be good to go.

I'm glad your sick plant made a good recovery, but also take Cyclonite's advice to heart. Even a 400w HPS would make a ridiculous difference in bud mass. Your plant has stretched a good bit because the light isn't strong enough...and an HID would help to remedy the situation.
