Probably the most amazing game I've ever played while high. Definitely recommend it to anyone. Its a puzzle-based first person shooter with an awesome story. There are no lives, there is no ammo, there is no health bar, there is no game over.

You will often find yourself getting carried away just jumping through portals. The story line, along with the computer system who kind of narrates it, is hilarious and keeps the game incredibly entertaining the whole way through.

The ending is SO intense and it will really throw you off. I played the game exclusively high and it took 3 or 4 separate sessions I think. Its a very short game, 13 levels or so. I think this one is just meant to establish the story and get people used to the idea of portals.

PS: watch the credits, the song is hilarious.

Oh ya, I forgot to mention that.
If you pick up the "Orange Box" package it comes with Team Fortress 2, Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episode 1 and 2, and Portal.

Only 50 bucks for the PC version or 60 bucks for xbox 360 or ps3 versions. Pretty awesome deal if you ask me, it was one of the few times I didn't feel like I was getting gutted when I bought a video game.

worm, do you play for the pc or xbox? I have HL2 for pc, but no mods except CS:S. I was thinking about maybe picking it up for xbox 360.

this is game is one of the most brilliant games i have experienced and is good game to play after and while you rip some hits out of that nice bong you just bought. deffinatly recommened and makes your trip just that much better.

I played it through at least 3-4 times within the span of a week when I got it.

Also, if you liked the ending credits, the song was by Jonathan Coulton and he's got some other interesting stuff too. :p

I love Portal...one of the most brain wrenching interactive games ever...we brought the 360 up north to the cabin with us and played it whenever it rained...I love shooting the security cameras
