getting 6 months jail for one plant lol it will never pass into law. What the conservatives want and what they get will be 2 different things. The conservatives need support from other parties to pass bills like this and the NDP or liberals will laugh their asses of at sending people to jail for one plant. The liberals almost decrim small amounts of weed and the NDP has stated in the past that weed should be legalized. So the conservatives will problely get mandatory jail time for people growing 500 plants or more but for people with one plant or a 100 plants youll still just get a fine.besides we dont have the jail space for everybody convicted of having plants in their houses

BBOY well lets hope so but if that new young offenders act that recently passed into law is any indication of what the conservatives want and what they get then things look good for growers, cause that bill was really watered down bye opposing parties.Plus mandatory minium sentances does not reduce crime and the NDP and LIB know this
