question on lighting

Ive read that during veg some people say to leave the lights on 24 hrs a day, while others say 18 on 6 off. I was wondering if it is ok to leave them on 24 hours some days and 18/6 others, or will that completely mess up the plants and freak them out? :)

i do 24 to get the full growth...so no stretching IMO!!!!

I was growing my plants on 24 ! You will get fast growth of your plants. Same shit ..... 18, 19 , 16 or 23 ours per day , but just in veg ! !
