Does anyone know exactly what causes the munchies? I tried to search the forum for it, but munchies is a very broad term haha. Anyone?

Before reading that link up there, I think that it's caused by dry-mouth which causes your brain to tell you that you're hungry. Now I'll read the link and find out. :D

IIRC it also drops your blood sugar levels, great for diabetics ;)
