Most medicinal interventions for baldness work best if you use them starting at the first sign of hair loss. Rogaine and Propecia really don't bring back lost hair but if they work for you they will stop further hair loss. So the sooner the better.

I still have a full head of hair. I noticed it was shedding a lot though so I started taking these supplements and it stopped. I think I'm going to get on Propecia in a few years .
