Change is something that happens someday..

That is not good enough for us

We want it NOW!

So, I have figured out an exciting way to do this..

You just create a new way of being..

I say this

I am going to create for me and my life of BEING more confident in my ideas:)

WOW! now I am more confident..I didnt even have to wait.

It is now, not someday..

Declare a new way of being for yourself and your life.

I declare I'll be less of a disorganized mess around the house. I strive for improvement in this area every single day. Some days I have more success than others.

Not to be overly critical..but the term "I'll be" in your sentence is like saying that it will happen someday..try this

Today, I am creating a new way of being less distant and nicer to everyone:)

Get it?

I like the way you put that much better than I did, and the wording gave me a greater sense of accomplishment, somehow. I really have been doing that this year. But I'm down about it tonight. I looked in that room I need to fly you out here to work on. . . .

Geo, on those shows where they show people who need to clear out entire junk rooms, they often create three piles, like one for Stuff to Keep, one for Goodwill, and one for Definite Trash. I can get rid of stuff fairly easily. I'm not a packrat by any means. I just don't know how to get started. And I have the last 10 years of our business records in there, too. What do you do with stuff like that? I think it needs an industrial shredder. Certainly something with more shredding capacity than I have here.

I tend to let people walk over me at work by being too nice and volunteering constantly to stay extra for shifts even when in inconveniences me, and the nurses could get along without my help.

The trouble with that is you have to keep saying it to yourself over and over and over again, without any parcel of doubt entering your thought train. Usually goes somethinglike this with me. I'm going to be the most focussed and creative person I can be, I'm going to forget about all the shit and think positive, yes that's right from now on there is going to be a new me! I wonder if anyone's posted any replies to my recent posts on the computer... NO! don't you must not, you are a bad person for not wanting to immerse your own mind the pool of its own thoughts.... hang on where's that beer I was drinking where is that damned fucking things gone no no don't fucking fuck off somewhere else beer i was drinking how dare you you mother fucker... there you are you fuckhead!!!!! Right, what is there do now (completely unaware of what I was just trying to focus on I'm now in the the zen beer mode) You are what you drink and you can't change that.

Latly I have been havin more a postive outlook on life. I try to remind myself everyday that all that matters is right now! Not what happened , an hour a go, or what happened yesterday, and so on! Just by doing this I have become more confident, and happy! and when your happy and confident, people notice it, and thats when good things happen :) You can't change the cards you are dealt, but you are the only one who can choose how to play them. I've allways tried to live by that saying too. Life is to short to get caught up in the past, even though I have done my fair share of dwelling in the past, not anymore though. Today is a new day, and its fuckin wonderfull!!

There are companies that will shred what you need if you cant do it yourself..or...you can always just put them in boxes till you have the time to shred them...you are correct on those piles...but I dont actually put them in piles I just do with it what needs to be done.:)

The good part is it helps you with advancement eventually..plus greater recognition and pay.

Yeah, but it's a job job, not a career. I've already hit the glass ceiling for advancement, so that's nuts to me. I don't get recognized by the stupid elitist faceless corporation that runs my hospital, so I don't care about that :P

When the pain of staying the same becomes greater than fear of change, one will change.

Good morning Crudemood, it is always good to see you..
Just one thing..the term "will be" in your sentence is someday..it is not immediate..let me see if I can restructure your sentence for action now..

I have created a new way for my life and that way is being motivated and confident.

So now, you are motivated and confident..Carpe Diem to you girl.:)

I'm going to sort out my anger. I cannot control my violent tempers and it'll end with me inside. I know i need some sort of help, so i'm going to try and get it.

I'm also going to get fitter, do some excersise. I need to get my 6 pack back. A keg is fun, but dont look as good. Then again, i think im entitled to a keg with the amount of stella that goes into me everyday.

I'm also too arrogant - i need to realise im not the best at everything - i think i do know that, i just dont want to accept it. Although in some ways it's a good thing - motivates me to do my best at everything i do.
