whats the rule of thumb for wattage and number of plants/wattage and cubic are or is it square feet. reading cannabis.com all day gets many thoughts mixed.

is that of any light spectrum? for instance if i have a 400W HPS lamp with 5-10 50W CFL's in a grow room 4ft. wide by 4ft. long by 6ft. tall would something like that work out ok?:rastasmoke:
