So I've been smoking for over a year, and now I think it's time to quit. The first 6 months were the best - smoking, tripping, still having lots of energy. Lately, though, smoking every day, I need more bong hits to feel ripped, and when I do get high, I don't feel the way I once did.

When I used to smoke, it felt amazing, having energy, my mind was clear, and I could easily have written an essay while high in the sky. Now, I just get so physically tired, and my mind doesn't feel as sharp as it was when I used to smoke. These days, I get so tired after getting ripped that sometimes I'm forced to take a nap. So today is the day I stop smoking. I've gone for a month and a half without, so it won't be an issue, I just wanted to let it be known.

Goodbye, nugget : (

Perhaps you just needed a bit of a break from it?

But, if you want to quit - good luck man :)

I don't think you should have smoked so much to begin with, Weed isn't everything you know. But good luck man, I hope everything goes well.

Well you have already gone a month in a half without it so quitting should be easy.

Just to let you know there are plenty of people who post here that do not get high anymore. It is not required that you smoke pot to post here.

Personally I enjoy smoking weed.
