Yep, they did. 33-21 VT. It was a great game! The statisticians didn't expect it to be such a high scoring game. VT will meet Boston College next weekend for the ACC championship.

What a disapointment. I really thought we were going to pull it out when we scored that touchdown in the 3rd quarter. Our secondary was horrendous as usual.

I was at the game, dunno why we showed Tech so much damn love. It ruined the atmosphere for uva fans. And why did we retire Chris Long's jersey? You'd expect Anthony Poindexter's number to be retired before Chris Long..

Yeah Ghengis, I wondered why they would retire his jersey, too. Just seemed a bit pre-mature. I will admit, he's a great player, but I do think the fact that Howie is his dad had a lot to do with that decision.

We showed Tech so much love and they spit in our faces...their antics after the game, the 'V''s on aldermann and all over town were vandalized with spray painted T's next to them. Fuck the hokies, i hate them. At least we'll beat them in basketball

Wow, didn't know about all that...very unsportmanslike of the Hokie fans.

I thought it was sad that Sewell and the guy who took him out of the game for awhile keep egging each other on; then at the end of the game when the guy decked Glennon.

It's a shame that it took a tragedy to bring these two rivals together, even for a short amount of time. And you're right, UVA was tremendous to Tech last spring, they were actually their biggest supporters. I don't blame you for being angry.
