I have heard around that putting worms in your crops really helps with the growth and overall health of the plant. Is this true caus I heard they munch aways at the ferts you add taking away vital things indoor crops thrive on. idk any ideas? :rastasmoke:

Worms in your soul create holes causing air to get thru to the roots increasing growth and the outcome is a healthy plant.
