|Can anyone offer me any tips on taking cuttings, i recently failed miserably in my first attempt, please let me know i think i would cry if i lost this strain

This question has been asked and answered sooo many times. Do a search on this sight for "clones" and "Cloning". There are quite a few detailed threads that should tell you everything you need to know. Then, if you have some specific questions, ask them.

Alternatively, you could write exactly what you did, step by step, and then get some advice on what might have gone wrong.

You can get lots of help on this site, but first you need to do the basic research. Retyping cloning instructions over and over again is just too tedious ...especially on Thanksgiving.

There's nothing stopping you from typing out step-by-step instructions ...if you know how.

Near the end is a DETAILED step by step instruction manual on cloning. Follow it exactly and you should be fine.

I think we should just 'throw out' all the Cultivation categories, and not save any posts or replies ... and, we need to get rid of all the silly 'rules' that prohibit posting in just any category you choose ... that way, anybody can just come in here, ask anything they want, and the rest of us can just answer everybody individually, their own personal answers :thumbsup: ... we can type out long explanations on how to do EVERYTHING, (over and over and over, again) that way, nobody will ever have to READ anything :D ... we could be just like 'your own personal tutors' ... perfect :jointsmile:

Can one of the Mods sticky the "How to Search CannCom using Google" in the Grow Lounge with a Title maybe something like this:

*** STOP!! READ THIS BEFORE POSTING A QUESTION!! ***

... then post the how to search using Google link. There are tons of people that post the same question that has been asked and answered many times over. This would help new growers get their answers and keep the grow area more organized. I'd bet we all agree a neat and tidy grow area is important.

Okay, this thread has outlived its usefulness.
MVP, I'm thinking about the suggestion but since no one seems to really read the stickies anyway... lol!
Anyone who reads the stickies well enough to see a notice to search for answers first is also going to see the manuals and the FAQs...
Let me think about this one.
