Whats up with this plant

20 days since sprouted
Ph = 5.8
PPM = 850 (170 is ppm from tap water)

As you can see the top sets look pretty good but whats up with the limp dicks ( 3 leaf set) why are they drooping?

Water every 2 to 3 hours

Hydro top feed.

Medium = Hydroton

Water temps High 60s to low 70s

RH = 60%

400 Watts MH 17" above top of leaves

What do you guys think?

Second, I am no expert, but they might be getting too much water?

Are the bottom leaves a little bit yellow?

The cotyledons and the first pair set of 3 are slightly yellowish but not off the hook (nute burn) yellow. Then the next pair look okay maybe just a hint of off color towards the mid to tipsh of only one leave on one of the 2nd pair, then its green thumb there. However, I would like to see these leaves pointing upward towards the HID. I mean the very top looks pretty good as far as pointing upwards but I have seen better in my first grow. Maybe its the strain. Could be more sensitive. Just havent dialed in on it. Perhaps the PPMs are a tad high. Anyway, I am seeking help from others. Thanks for the question!

they might be getting too much water?

Certainly a possibility would just like some more data to back it up. I am not doing anything different than from my last grow. I think its the strain, it might not like as much water or nutes. Hmmmmmmm perhaps some more folk will chime in.
