Hemp Depot slacking?

I sent in an overnight order for $20 to HD 9 days ago.. I immediately got a response saying that my seeds have been shipped.. however it has been over a week and I have yet to recieve anything.. I also paid 10 for "fast shipping".. think I wasted my money.. :mad:

as a well-known Hemp Depot supporter, I have to add that I have only seen TWO complaints about HD in the last 3 years, or so ... one, was recently, and he finally got his seeds after about a month, evidently his order just got hung up in the mails ... hopefully, you will receive your seeds by the time you read this ... reminder to everyone: buying seeds is ILLEGAL in almost every country in the world ... buying anything illegal, anywhere, anytime, is highly RISKY ... if you have a problem, you have no one to complain to ... just like the gambling casino "ya puts yer money down, and ya takes yer chances' ... you may take a small bit of comfort in knowing you have dealt with a VERY honest retailer in Hemp Depot ... if there is a problem, it is almost positively a Postal or Customs situation ... if it was seized by Customs, supposedly, you will receive your package, (minus seeds), and a letter saying it was seized ... I have not heard of any subsequent legal problems after the seizure of the seeds, 'case closed' ... I do wish you good luck, and hope you let us all know if your seeds arrive ... :smokin:

you know what after glancing over this thread a few times i honestly have to say i think it is held up in the mail. the ONLY complaint i have heard about hemp depot is that their package didnt come, but then it ended up arriving. it was held up in the mail. that is what i bet is up with your order.

I think that we are all blessed just to have HD around.

And honestly, I'm surprised that they do such a damn good job. Just think about the logistics of the whole process....wow. Just wow.

I think that I'm going to send an extra couple of bucks next time...just because. They deserve it.

I can agree 100%! No matter how many emails i send him, i always get an answer in a day or two. He's a good guy that strives to keep his customers satisfied. Not many seed companies are as reliable as HD!

it took 15 days for mine thats not long really to wait for them its better then some of the others seed banks ive heard taking weeks and months to get them but brad has been good to me so hang in there its really worth the wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am really happy that so many of you are finding satisfaction with Hemp Depot ... I tried them simply by accident, had never heard of them before ... then, I started bragging them up for so long, and it seemed like no one else was trying them ... gradually, the happy customers started posting, and the couple slow deliveries got sorted out OK, so that makes me happy, too :D

greenhorngrower, I forgot to recommend that you check daily at Hemp Depot's 'Returned Letters' page ... if he has his shipment returned for any reason (usually because somebody tried to be so stealth, they confused their mailman :D), Brad will post your shipping address city and your initials, so you will contact him ... let us know how it turns out :jointsmile:

well he received my payment on november 13th, thats when I got a confirmation e-mail.. now its the 30th and I still have seen nothing.. I have nearly given up all hope, I am extremely dissapointed..:(

For all I know they sent me nothing... They still have my damn money and I dont have shit.. think they could at least re-send a couple lousy freebies, but i guess not..

That's not really fair to call them a rip off. Customs could have taken them, maybe you didnt get a letter yet. Maybe someone stole them, its not uncommon for postal employees to get to "know" an address and start intercepting packages.

Ordering seeds online, and having them shipped, especially to the USA is always risky and you could lose them. I'm not saying they COULDNT have screwed you, just its not fair to label a seed bank as a "ripoff".

Unfortuneatly, these things do happen. I have ordered from different seed banks and one time one order didnt make it. I was more worried about them being delivered to the wrong address than the seedbank making a mistake. I've also dealt with Hemp Depot without any problems.

I just got fucked out of 100 dollars so dont tell me I got the "wrong attitude".. It would cost them next to nothing to re-send just 5 seeds to me.. I would even settle for that.. but apparently its not worth it to them..

I have truthfully, never received ANY compensation or consideration from them, either ... I only brag them up, because I have been screwed by other dealers, as has lots of people, and have only been 100% happy with HD ... hell, maybe next time, it will be MY 'turn in the barrel' ... I bought some 2 weeks ago, and I have mine already, BUT if they didn't show, that was MY fault, not theirs, or customs, or anyones else's. I choose to make an illegal transaction and can accept it if I got caught. If you went to a dealer down the street and bought some seeds then got caught with them while driving home, are you going to go back to the dealer and demand a refund or more seeds? No, although I'd like to see that lol. There's nothing that separates that dealer down the street from Hemp depot. They both sell illegal substances to American citizens and they both don't give a fuck if you get caught and sure as hell won't give you a refund or more seeds.

FYI - to anyone out there, customs does NOT always send you a letter or something telling you they confiscated your items. Coming from someone who knows a customs agent, they are not required to do a damn thing for someone who orders something illegal.

It doesn't take a genius to find one package with seeds in it, in say a ipod container....and then look for ipod containers. Really, it doesn't take a genius.

On this site alone there are many people who have had customs take their package. I've read many posts about it.
