Getting seeds through the internet?

Hi folks have decided to spend a little more on equipment just about $400.00 for a1000w hps upgraded to the full spectrum and 4' parabolic reflector and so far it looks like $460 for fan, filter, duct work. So to outfit the room with mylar and to build my wall around a grand but my I am more determined and my cause is true. So my next problem is this, in my little neck of the woods there is no compassion club and the clubs that I have contacted up in Canada have to have a face to face meeting with you which = plane fair:wtf: There is no way either one of us can afford to go and the person I'm growing for isn't healthy enough right now. (and frankly a little frustrated that the government here has really streamlined the application process for category one patients and now the seed source is going to be a problem) So our application for possession and cultivation was only sent away a couple of weeks ago and I want to start growing now. I've seen all these sites offering seeds sent discreetly and honestly quite abit cheaper. Where I am considering to order from has white widow 10 for $80 Canadian 10 big bud $50 and a kush for $60 and they give you 10 extra seeds when you order. What's the verdict is it safe to have them sent? Do they actually make it or am I throwing away $200? and finaly does the price seem right I thought it was reasonable. The cheapest I've found seeds here are on average $30-$50 higher and one of us has to go to meet them to purchase. I don't know any growers locally so no clones to be had and I don't want to waste my space and time on the seeds I find in the bottom of my desk.:) Like always any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Yeah what's a good reliable site for U.S. consumers to buy seeds? Anyone have any suggestions?

ok dude, you can buy seeds off the net although it IS illegal in the states.. however it is not illegal to send a seedbank money nor is it to recieve illegal items in the mail.. possession is whats illegal.. I would check out seedbankupdate.com to make sure your going through a reputable company.. its easy to get ripped off.. but there are trustworthy ones. I myself wouldnt pay more than $60 for a single pack of seeds.. but many do.. make sure the strain your getting is suitable for your grow; height, odor, flowering period and such..

you can try growhigh or marijuanaseeds those are two that are very reliable.

Thanks for the help and I did just that put the question in the search section and found myself at NORML Canada oh what joy great prices and the people on the forum where I found the link couldn't say enough good things about them.Reliable and quick. Sending money away tomorrow will let you all know if it was successful. Thanks for all the help.
