ok....let's assume that i have changed the lights into 12/12....a week has passed and they have started showing sex......how long do i have in order to dispose the males, if i have any......how long does a male plant need to ''infect'' the garden with it's polline?

hey newgrower, usually the male will start to pollenate the females by two-three weeks, but it depends. when the balls open into small petaled flowers the pollen has been relesed. you must pull them before the pollen sacks open.

asap... if there is one thing in life you should be paranoid about, it should be male plants.. a male plant can ruin a lot of hard work : (
