FLowering Thanksgiving Eve... Can i get some help!???

I am flowering Wednesday, so do i just skip todays feeding and start them on flowering nutes Wednesday? Start at 300 ppms and slowly increase or do i start them at their veg ppm? Can i use molassas in a hydro system? Any tip and suggestions welcome.
