Day dreaming of grow ops

How many of you growers day dream about the huge grow ops you would grow if there was no penalty for cannabis growing?

I do frequently. I think of exactly the operation I would run even down to how many people I would need to hire, and what I would pay them. I imagine putting all these accounting and business principles I am learning in school to use with my operation....If only it were legal:rolleyes:

If it became legal I think i'd probably just have a grow op set up for myself, Nothing huge but I'd definatly want to go more hightech then I am now. I hope to one day be able to set up a little op that i can play with cross breeding and such.

However it would be fun as hell to set up a giant grow organization that was similar to big tobbacco but not evil.

I'd be the first to establish a worldwide chain; a "Donald Trump of Weed", if you will. My first project, Skunk Towers, would be built right in the middle of Manhattan. 500+ floors of grow rooms, thousands of employees, and over a million lights. I'll have to be a gazillionaire beforehand to afford the power bill, but I can just daydream a gazillion dollars, too...no prob!

That'd be sick, but if weed were legal.. there would be absolutely no money to be made off of it.. who would pay if they could just grow it themselves?

You make a valid point.. although, goodluck becoming a fortune 500 tomato grower these days.. chances are, the second weed bacomes legal.. the government will put HUGE restrictions on it, only allowing huge corporations to cultivate it because they would be the only ones to afford the massive taxation.. in other words ..it takes money to make money..

If it were legal, I'd do EXACTLY what I'm doing now, but without having to haul dirt up 3 flights of stairs... I dream of being able to go down to the farmers market on weekends with bins of hydroponic veggels and an armload of beautiful homegrown.

I think that there would always be a market for QUALITY buds. Just like you pay more for locally grown, organic, vine rippened, high quality tomatoes, people will pay for quality smoke. Sure the tobbacco companies will go grow huge fields of cannabis down in Argentina or somewhere and sell it for dirt cheap, but it would be swagg just like it is today; there is always low quality bud around for cheap, or you can get quality buds for a higher price.

You can expect that big Co's will be using the cheapest methods and the cheapest labor. I would buy dylans herb for instance before paying for kmart brand.

i dream of growing for dispensaries or breeding. i mean, thats THE job. nothing over the top really, something like dual 600s and the sun.
