Im using 2part sensi grow/bloom and big bud
i looked it up on there nutrients calculator and they had the nutrients changing every week do i need to totally flush all the water out of the resovoir and replace it with all new nutes and water
or can i just add more to the current solution
and
flush the water every 2weeks instead of everyweek how does this work?
i just introduced 1/4 strength nutes

I used to do a change every two weeks, but the pros (rhizome) told me to do it every week so I've been doing that. Pump all the water out, scrub everything with hot water, and put it back together again. Its a bitch but its something you should do if you are taking your setup seriously.

Yeah once a week is par. Totally empty res fill with water then nutes then adjust Ph accordingly. I dont like to disturb the roots so switching pretty quick is probably a good idea. I always run slightly warm ph 5.8 water over my medium (hydroton) a couple times after every switch.

Yeah, you can't top off your nutes and here's why: You start the week with 800 ppm and 3 days later you are down to 700 ppm. What nutrients were depleted and what weren't? So you top off another 100 ppm of all the nutes and some nutes are now overstrong and others are still under.
I don't know about a scrub down every week. But full water change and nutes weekly is average.
Rez temp is good under 80 degrees.
