Gatorade versus PROPEL

Got a question here again. I have been drinking PROPEL with vitamins for a few weeks since I found out about it. Could PROPEL be a good replacement instead of the gatorade/sports drink?

I switched to PROPEL from Regular gatorade,but only because of the sugar and calorie content.I think it's healthier.I do drink alot of water daily,but if I have a choice,I would choose PROPEL.

In regards to switching...I was referring to drinking PROPEL instead of gatorade/sports drink for the dilution process?
