Qualifying online?

Hey everyone,I am new to the forums, just joined recently.
I had a question,Does everyone who wants to use Medical Marijuana have to take the online assestment test? I live in Hawaii and have been wondering if anyone on here has taken the test also and gotten denied or approved..........
I have been wanting to try it for my back pain,I have "mild arthritis" in my lumbar and Nothing the doctors give me work,I have been taking lots of pain meds but nothing works,I also take meds for my insomnia.Wondering if this mj could be the one thing that could replace the pills I take,because I think all these pills are taking a toll on my stomach.....

My doctor requires a pre-approval on-line form. It costs $25, but is deducted from the office visits' price.

Yeah, you cannot get medical marijuana legally... but, holy shit, it's easy to find in Hawaii!

Most of the people who do not smoke weed are pretty tolerant. I think the element in the state that is stopping it from becoming like Cali, is the Religious Right, a very powerful political and social force in Hawaii.

Right on guys,I just got my card yesterday,APPROVED!
They told me it takes about 3 weeks to get the actual papers and card itself,but they gave me a temporary one.Wasnt that hard or as bad as I was expecting.
I just took my paperworks in and my medical records and out the door they gave me my paperworks and a free lighter and ashtray!

I wish I could get one...I broke my back in a car wreck and sometimes I can't even move...I'm only 21 and I feel like I'm 90...but yeah...not gonna happen anytime soon...

Sorry to hear that Bro,I feel lucky,and ever since I got approved I havent needed my Insomnia meds...I just toke up after my family is in bed sleeping and I watch in episode of something....and Im good to go,I just lie in bed and no back pain,I just drift to sleep.
I smoke usually about 2 bowls a day.Which does me good.Once in the morning and another at night.I have found myself getting along with my family more,I spend more time with my kids and stuff.

great to hear it all worked out for ya, if only more people had access to it, i have no medical need for it but i know some who do but being in Ireland its completely and utterly hopeless to get any for medical purposes as its just plain illegal, so i give them my weed :)

I just got my card last week!!!! Yahooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had spinal fusion earlier this year and the medical marijuana is so much better. Try to find one that is Indica Dominant it seems to help with the back pain where Hydrocodone fails miserably. I have been on Prescription Meds for a year now and this is the first time I have been able to go without them. I also picked up a vaporizer too, really helps with the coughing which is rough on the lower back.

Is Spinal fusion when your vertabrae start to join or fuse together?
If so my doctor was telling me how my vertabraes are startingg to join.

Spinal Fusion is when they join them together for you with screws, rods, and anchors. Lots of pain, Medical MJ sure works alot better than Lorcet for the pain.

oh,Okay,my mistake,I got arthritis in My Back and the discs inbetween the bones in the middle of my back or worn down and the bones are starting to fuse together.Thats what I was thinking you were saying.
In cali dont you guys have those disspencaries?
I wish we had those here in Hawaii.
