Dreaming about the other sex

I am not talking about having sex in your dreams...but you can talk about that if you wish..I am talking about recurring dreams with the same person in them..I am not lonely, I am not desperate..but for some reason, since the day me and this girl broke up over 5 years ago. I have had dreams about her at least a couple times a week....sometimes I wish I could just forget..

I dream about the love of my life and different scenarios of how different my life would be had we stayed together.. but its very rare.. sex dreams.. the last one was in like high school..it felt so real, i actually orgasmed and it woke me up.. damn that was a good dream.

It is just normal dream activities..whatever that is..as far as wish I said something to her...not really, at least that I can think of.

its been almost 3 years and still I dream about my first love and my all my friends that i had a fallout with who I'm no longer friends with. At the beginning the dreams were very constant but they have started to taper off but still they'll come at least once a month.

I've also had dreams where I've had sexual encounters with strangers who have no face. Leaving me satisfied but yet violated at the same time because I wake up thinking that I've just dreamt about sex with a complete stranger and yet I liked it.. odd no?

I have a recurring dream about a physician/surgeon of mine and have had it for more than 25 years because, before he operated on me, he operated on my mom and caught my fancy then (when I was an adoring college student). He's not someone in real life that I could/would ever be with. Different culture/religion. He's far shorter but very attractive and charismatic just the same. But he's hot to me on some unconscious level. The dreams are quite explicit. I haven't had one in a couple of years, but they still happen on occasion.

This is one of the wierdest dreams and events of my entire life. I dreamt of a girl that I had never met before, she had long black hair, tight, tight jeanss, high heels, black leather jacket, and a smile so white it was blinding. We were driving down the road in a convertible...just laughing and having a great time. I must have been very much in love with girl. Then I woke up. My stomach had butterflies...you know...the kind of feeling one gets when they realize they are in love. I obsessed on this dream girl for 2 days. Trying to remember if I had ever met or seen her before in real life.

A week later, I am at work stiing at my desk. My boss, tells me he has some interviews that morning and not to bother him. Eleven o'clock rolls around and this girl walks in with long black hair, beautiful brown eyes, a body to die for, and a blinding smile. It doesn't hit me as I watch the back of her head behind the glass wall of my boss's office. It took about five minutes until it hit me. I sat in a daze when I realized the girl in the office was the girl in my dream. I had an honest to God premonition.

She ended up sitting right next to me and we eventually went out, but that is where the dream ended. Nice girl, but way to flakey for my taste. I wish the story had ended better, but I guess some dreams are not meant to come true.

I broke up with my gf for about 2 and a half years about a year and a half ago and I still dream about her. It's completely fucked up. I hate her, but i dream about her!?!

I don't dream about women much anymore.. I usually have apocalyptic dreams lately. When I was in highschool though I remember my first wet dream about this girl who was our school mascot... she was sooo smoking. Then after that I had lots of dreams where I awakened as soon as the girl first touched me. Nowadays though I usually haven't gone long enough without taking care of myself to have wet dreams. Mainly if I'm staying with relatives for a few days and I don't feel comfortable enough to keep myself clean.

I rarely dream; my sleeping habits often cause me to skip the REM stage almost completely. When I DO dream, it is almost always filled with gratuitious violence. In my dreams, I am usually pitted against the most rediculous odds, outmanned, outgunned... everything is so vivid and real in my dreams. My emotions are real, my physical responses are mirrored in my real world movements... but in these violent dreams I slip out of the hold of emotion.

It is very rare that I have a peaceful dream involving females (for the most part, dreams involving females are the only peaceful ones I have), but every once in a while it does happen.. Ill dream about some strange scenario, and a number of characters from my everyday and not-so-everyday life play their part.

However... there have been a number of dreams where the characters are always hidden from me upon awakening. The last dream I had was probably 3 months ago. I know Ive mentioned it on here a couple times, but the entire dream took place in the delivery room. My first son was born, and in my dream I cried. It was very significant to me, because the last time I cried was when Robby died. Before that, the last time I cried was sometime when I was 9 years old, and my cousin was on an AWACS plane that sucked 12 geese into an engine and exploded at 10,000 feet. Thats a hefty gap.. and for a while, I didnt think I could even cry anymore. Im pretty sure that I will not cry again until the moment that my first child is born.

What was even more significant, was that upon awakening, I could not remember the face of the woman who had just given birth to our child. I would assume that means that I havent met her yet, but that could also be nothing more than an empty space in my imagination matrix... who knows? Still.... ominous, to say the least...

Not the weed. I rarely dreamt before I even started smoking.

Its because I go through my REM stage very quickly, if at all. I usually only sleep for about 2-4 hours a night.. I wont go to bed until I know I will pass out immediately.. Ill catch a few deep hours of restorative sleep, and wake up right when I need to. If I spend any time in REM stage during the wakeup, it isnt much. If I actually do end up dreaming by some chance, I must not remember it.

However, I doubt that scenario, because Ill dream regardless of whether I am high or not, and I always at least remember the fact that I dreamt. And my dreams are very lucidly vivid.
