I am building a grow box an I have a few questions

I plan on making the box 4(wide)x4(deep)x4(tall)
I am using a 400watt HPS as high in the box as I can mount it

so my question is if I mount a 4inch computer fan at the bottom of the box for intake, and a 4 inch computer fan towards the top of the box for outake is that enough ventilation to keep my plants cool?

and also on my outtake i want to have tube ducts..or whatever there called those silver tubes.... about 8 feet of tubing coming off the exhaust fan, I was wondering where I can find out how to attatch those to my box?

im pretty worried about my temperature/ventilation since 400watts if pretty big for such a small enclosure

not for a 400watt hps it wont. you need more vents or an air cooled reflector.

also should have the fans only on exaughst... just make a lot of room for natural intake.

Also, unless you are growing low rider, using LST or another way of keeping the canopy low, you will run into problems with such a low ceiling and a 400. You have to take into consideration the height of the bucket, the heat of the lamp, etc...
No way those fans will keep it cool. Get a cool tube and invest in a vortex style fan.
Duct equipment can be found at hope depot.
