I was born in the US and lived there through out my life but im not living there right now, and from what Ive heard is that LSD is becoming a myth in the US atleast more on the east coast. Same with other psychadelic drugs, looks as if freebasing is expanding over the US like crazy watcha think bout that?

Maybe true. I know LSD is getting very scarce around here and many other East Coast states.

I have a solid connection for LSD in the city, and know of several others. It's definitely out there.

I live in Canada and iv never came across any LSD in my time. I know it was popular around here a decade ago....but it looks like exctasy has taken over

I've never seen LSD before but I know it can be found in New York state if you know the right people since I know people who have but it is indeed getting rarer and hardly anybody, even the acidheads, can find a reliable source.

But yes you are right, Europe is the new drug capital of the world. That is one of the main reasons I am moving to the Netherlands in a couple of years.

lsd in mass is a myth, has been for years. THe good shit anyways, everything now is made with mainly stric 9 ( rat poison) a couple of years ago 2 scientist in kansas who were the largest lsd producers were busted. They worked for the government and made it in an empty missle silo. Acid now is shit, and you may trip, but if you wanna trip that way just get some rat poison so you at least know what your taking.

In NY I don't remeber it ever being a sure thing, it would like come aroound every now and then and everyone would scramble to get it cause who knew when it would be around again, but most of the time when we did get it, it was reall really sick gel tabs and you would trip balls

LSD is easy to find around here in the summer because I live so close to certain areas where it's still 1969, as well as mushies, pot, or coke. But in the winter, all I can find is pot or coke. Acid has kicked my ass enough that I don't think I'll do it again soon. It really depends on what state you live in and what area.

Thats cause LSD synthesis is extremely complicated not only that you get caught with LSD and your going to jail for a long time.

LSD is a white crystalline substance.

Most folks who use LSD only do so occasionally; stop entirely after the first few times.

The difficulity of manufacture has little to do with lack of supply - heroin, cocaine, etc aren't exactly easy to manufacture easier.

Ultimately, it's all comes down to basic economic rules of supply and demand ... there's little demand for LSD compared to other psychotropics and thus LSD remains scarce and pricey.

Rat poison in LSD is a myth ... adding strychnine would likely increase the cost of manufacture; wouldn't matter even if it was in there anyways, since the amount would be so tiny as to have little to no effect.

While on myths ... LSD does not remain in the spine nor anywhere else; according to my understanding, most of all LSD consumed is metabolized within about 20 minutes - the long lasting effects of LSD are thought to be from imbalances in brain chemistry that continue long afterwords - typical LSD trip is around 16 hours or so.

im nbot saying your wrong ron....bc i agree mostly its just that ummmmmm a website called drugabusehelp.com seems like it would have a bunch of bullshit along with it that you'd have to sift through.

I run http://www.drugabusehelp.com ... no b.s. nonsense - if you find otherwise, feel free to post a comment explaining why on the message boards there.

Among the links on the LSD information page there is this one to Erowid ...

Acid is hard to find but it just depends where you are. I can find some easily where I live (Tennessee) for $5 a hit.

Very true! I saw the recipe and its harder than any other drug Iv seen. PLus some of the ingredients needed for its production are illegal therefore making it even more difficult to make!

No demand for LSD? You have to be joking.

That's not the reason at all. They restricted sales of certain precursors to make LSD, mix that with a need of someone with a vast experience in chemistry to make it, makes acid very rare. This is one battle the DEA won, but I can't rule out a comeback at some point.

I'm going to have to agree with the location and supply and demand theories...
in Mesa (AZ; my hometown), acid is the hardest to find. Pot is in pretty short supply lately, too. However, I could find meth or coke in about 5 minutes. If I mosey on over Tempe (the next city over), though I can find acid and pot up the wazoo, while meth and coke are virtually non-existent. (On the meth and coke bit, FUCK THOSE DRUGS!)

with a basic knowledge of chemistry it is fairly easy to produce so i don't understand why it is becoming scarce please enlighten me...

You need more than a basic knowledge of chemistry to make LSD.
MDMA and Meth with basic knowledge you may be able to get away with but acid requires advanced knowledge and likely mutliple chemists.
Also the precursors, reagants and equipment needed for LSD manufacture probably require a liscence to obtain. The precursors can come from the ergot fungus which grows on rye. This fungus also contains very toxic compounds that should not be consumed and can reach the blood stream transdermally.

This is not one of those drugs you can whip up in your kitchen.

there are links all over the web... its not rocket science its not much more than basic ... here is just one linkhttp://www.neonjoint.com/drug_recipes/chapter1.html .....you don't need a degree in chemistry come on get real, I know where your coming from when mixing any compounds or chemicals then there is always a risk involved and you need to know what your doing, thats true but what I say is you don't need a degree to produce,,

The same method is in the Lycaeum and I am pretty sure the Rhodium had some methods, there are plenty of them out there. http://leda.lycaeum.org/?ID=8774
Try to follow it and tell me how it works out for you.
