cold water extract???

i was just reading this guys post and he was talkin bout pills and somethin like ..cold water extract

does n e one know how to do this.....what it does.....and whats the point..
if u know n e of these pleez tell me cause it sounds interesting.

probably talking about vicodin/hydrocodone..... in which you crush up the pills to a powder pour it in cold water to dilute the codine (what you want) and all of the acetomenophine sinks to the bottom then you can either boil it down to get the powder or just drink the water...the only reason you do it is if you are worried about your liver and your taking more than 3 or 4 at a time....it doesn't give any diffrent feeling .....just a safer way to take high doses...
