I am leaning towards harvesting my girl this weekend, though I thought I would get your expert opinions one last time before taking the plunge. I have looked at the triches with a microscope and there are a few (very few) amber looking ones, most seem to have clear stems and cloudy heads, at least that is how it looks to me, I am not very good at this. It is also hard to know where the new vs. old triches are so that I can get a fair indication of over all maturity. I would say more than half of the pistols are amber as well, though I know that is not a good indicator of maturity usually. I thought it was ready to be harvested for a little while now though in the last week it has begun new growth, after being stunted (with zero growth) for at least 2 weeks prior.

I have circled the new growth on two of the images (the two main coalas) and have also included pics of the entire plant. As you can see there are basically no leaves at all left on the plant, except for the ones in the main coala, which are on their way out as well. It actually looks pretty sad if you ask me.

Basically I just wanted to know what you all think, should I take her down this weekend?

Thank you to everyone or anyone who helps.

Wow, no opinions as of yet, is it because I have a typo in the title, which they will not let me correct? :D Well, hopefully someone will know before I chop it down.

By the way, I forgot to mention in the first post that the plant has been in flowering for 8 weeks now.

Looks done to me but it could have been way better than those popcorn sticks.

You should not have stripped the plant down like that.

Those big fan leaves are magic factories and without them you have a solar powered factory without panels.
