I was looking at this today at the store. I noticed it is granular. I didn't read the instructions, but it needs to mix well with water. Mix very well, don't use as a solid, on cannabis. Maybe, 1/4 strenght at first.
If it's not meant to be mixed with water, don't use it.

That would work for flowering... but one way to get your yields up is to drop on some good nutrients.
For veg you need high nitrogen and low phosphorus and low potassium.
For flowering you need low nitrogen and high phosphorus and potassium.
You can always use a micronutrient too. This has all the extra nutrients that your plant needs in not so big amounts. You can usually go online and find a deal for less than a hundred bucks. Here's what I got...
"Advanced Nutrients" Combo Pack #1 - 1 liter - Advanced Nutrients (http://www.progressive-growth.com/proddetail.php?prod=1000CMBOPK1)

bit too much N i think. it would work ok, but try something for tomatoes, those are usually low N, high P/P
