New Interesting Places

Now, I know there have probably been topics similar to this one. I just wanted to say something, and suggest something.

Some of the time when I smoke (sometimes I just don't have the time or energy), I like to go outside, into the beautifull place that I live, maybe walk down the bike path, or take a trail through the forest near to my house. Then, I'll walk off the beaten trail (no, it's not dangerous. I know where I am, usually), or maybe even stay on the trail, and look for a place. Not just anyplace. One of those places that when you see, high or not, you say, "Wow. Amazing". Just these unique little spots, that are just a great place to chill. You'd be surprised how many of these places there are. I don't even have to be high to enjoy this. It's just something I love - going out somewhere near to you, and finding the hidden beauty all around you. You know when you go to a new place in the world, and get blown away by the sheer beauty or awesomeness(sp) of the place? I get to recapture this feeling everytime I go out and search.

So I'm telling you, before you smoke, after you smoke, or while you're just sober and intend to stay sober, just go out around you, doesn't matter where, could be in a city, could be anywhere, and find a place that when you see, you think, "Wow, what a cool place". Seriously, you all need to try this. It will enhance your high, and give you a feeling unmatched, high or not.

hey man cool post i do the same thing. the other day i went back in the woods like 10 minutes from my house, and found a cool little stream, and me and my friend just sat on a big log and looked around for a little while before we lit up. i ended up having a really happy high and theres a connection, because when i smoke somewhere that isnt peaceful i always get paranoid.

i always smoke outside. Either in a field, or in the woods near a river or stream. but now that its getting cold we usually go in the field and have a nice big bon fire

yea man i know exactly what you mean, i live in hamilton so there just the mountain in the middle of our city and its so great to trip out on shrooms or jsut get really baked in

yea trippin on shrooms is good. Or you could buy a can of good ole salvia 40x at the headshop.

There's a little swinging bench near a beautiful lake where my friend lives, we just sit back there and toke, it's peaceful.

ya at this nature park thing i used to always go to if you took like a 15-20 min walk back into the woods there was this big wooden deck thing that extended out over a hill in the woods and below it the was a stream. we used to always just sit on the deck and smoke

I always find myself amazed at how awesome just looking at trees and leaves is when I'm high. I know of a couple places like this, like for example there's a small clearing in a patch of trees with a knocked over telephone pole that we sit on and smoke sometimes. Only problem is it's right next to a major shopping area so there are often cops not too far away.

my last session was at a park / woods at night. After we were done we sat on park benches and looked up at stars. So peaceful and tranquil

This Thanksgiving vacation I have been around in California. I smoked a bowl everyday under a big ass tree on top of a hill of bright dried grass that covers the region before that fabulous sun.

Prepare for pictures. ;)

I just smoked a bowl on the balcony of my hotel room as I look out at the Pacific waters. That was a long seventeen hour drive.
