One would do well to ventilate ones grow room at all times, but it is true that the AMOUNT of ventilation necessary is less in the dark when the plants are not photosynthesizing.
It's still good to keep air movement so you don't get mold problems.

Personally, I keep fans on them at all times, usually with a supply of fresh air. (open door)
Reduces chance of mold, and the breeze makes the stems get stronger.

I drop my intake fan 50% at dark time while maintaining circulation and exhaust fans @ 100%.

I leave my air stones running 24 hours and my fans 18 hours. My grow room doors are open for the 6 hours my fans (and lights) are off.

Hey- The 'Usual photosynthesis bull' is a concept you NEED to be familiar with to grow indoors. Please don't post a second thread just because you didn't get the answer you wanted on the first one. I've merged these.

The photosynthesis bull is the bare bone essientials to be familiar with bro. Understanding the mechanics of plant biology can give you a difference of a non successful crop to a plentiful one! Itll save you alot of trial an error.
If you have the means and resources to ventilate, then do it. As mentioned above: humidity control , mold control, stronger stems! Happy growing!
